Are you talking about God or Jesus here? If so, I could not agree more. Someone I know said something recently most poignantly " We have foreign factors ready to blow us into shards, a country that hardly understands what was sacrificed for its freedom, children that refuse to acknowledge anyone beyond themselves for their existence and a world full of "Not Me's". Is it really a good time to be taking the allegiance out of pledges and God out of our prayers? I think we are remised, if not objecting to such practices. Being accepting of something greater than ourselves, allows us to aspire to become all that we were intended.
