New Beginnings

It always fascinates me when I think I'm certain of a direction on the "road of life," and a detour sign appears. This time I really had to slam on my brakes because it was so unexpected. My pathway to a collge degree has to be altered. I am disappointed and frustrated, but not defeated. In living my life I have learned that a well maneuvered detour can eventually take me to my original destination. The inconvenience and extra delay is not always pleasant, but often the ultimate outcome is even better. I am anxious to explore the possibilities. A new adventure is waiting for me! I am ready for the challenge!
